Activity (What am I going to do?)
I am going to make a rocket ship birthday cake for my son George for his fifth birthday.

How will I do it?
I am going to bake a chocolate cake and then shape it into a rocket ship shape. I am then going to ice it with fondant icing which I will colour. Then I will add window, the tail etc.

When will I Start: 13th April

When I plan to finish: 14th April

Reflections: How did I go?
I was fun. If I was to do it again, I would make the icing thicker so that it didn't show the lumps in my cake.
