Each classroom at Fraser Crescent School uses the Pathways to Success Model. This monitors learning, leadership, work habits, motivation and behaviour. Students and teachers work together daily to evaluate which Pathway is the most appropriate for the student. Children who are constantly at the Expedition Guide level will often receive Fraser Awards at school assembly. Children who are constantly Off Track, may be invited to a meeting, along with their parents or caregivers.
