    - Access to hall, library and ICT room at lunchtime.
    - All children with 13 points or more get to participate in the Friday Celebration.
    - Fraser Explorer points go towards Fraser Kid prize each term.
    - First, Bronze (5), Silver (10) and Gold(20) Fraser Explorer awards awarded at assembly.

Lunchtime Duty. Each day there will be a fun event advertised on the morning notices that will be run for half an hour at lunchtime. This may be a game, a free swim, an art activity etc. Sometimes numbers may be limited, or for junior or senior children only.
•The teacher in the Yellow Jacket is the one to see if you have any issues, not the teacher running the activity.

•Starting a Student Council – This is a group who will meet once a week to look at different ways to improve the school, as well as making sure that the children’s ideas are heard.
•There are no longer gold tickets, Stars of the week, or Principal awards. These have all been replaced by the Fraser the Explorer Award.

The Bad Stuff
•Children who score less that 13 points on the Fraser Explorer miss out on the Friday celebration.
•All behaviour cards will be followed up by a phone call home to your parents.
•If you get a 2nd behaviour in a term the principal will contact your parents.
•Children who cannot behave for relievers will have their parents join them in class for a day.

set a mission,
this mission is … To be
Future focused

The New Zealand Curriculum has been redeveloped to allow us as a school, the flexibility to design a school curriculum that meets the specific learning needs of our students.

Our aim is to encourage our
students to look to the future
by exploring such significant
future focused
issues as…

Sustainability                                      citizenship                               enterprise                                                    globalisation

What does it mean to be Future focused?
What will you need to be able to do?
What skills will you need?
What tools will you be using?
What issues will affect your future?

What will it look like when we are Future Focused?

Mission #1…..

To understand what being Future focused looks like and what it will mean for you.

Good luck on this mission!

Remember

Our Future is in your hands.
